Situated on beautiful Percy Lake in a calm secluded peaceful cove, this brand new True North Log
Home build waterfront home is your little piece of paradise in the woodlands of beautiful northern
Ontario. It has all the amenities of your house in the city captured in the true essence of a
northern lake house.

Fully equipped with WiFi, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, a finished basement with walkout, multiple decks
for lying in the sun/shade, full dock with watercraft, firepit, parking and an ideal eastern
exposure for capturing those glorious sunrises over coffee, this is your home away from home.

The main floor is open concept with a chardonnay stone fireplace, acacia wood floors and a cathedral
ceiling. A large loft overlooks the living/dining rooms and fireplace. Walkout from the main floor
to an open deck that runs the full width of the front with a full view of the lake. The side deck is
screened in, allowing you to enjoy nature at its finest, bug-free.

The large kitchen on the main floor has all the amenities: fridge, stove, dishwasher, Cambria quartz
countertops with a double sink and an island. Located off the kitchen is the master bedroom with a
queen bed, large closet and forest view. A full bathroom doubles as the en-suite and powder room for
the main floor. Just inside the main door is a small mud/cloak room and closet for storing coats and
boots.

The upstairs loft features a large sectional sofa and big screen TV from which you can stream movies
and TV series on Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and Tubi. There is also a wide variety of DVD movies to
choose from and enjoy on the Bluray/DVD player. Behind the loft are 2 sizable bedrooms - one with a
queen bed and the other with a double. An upstairs 3-piece bathroom separates the bedrooms and
allows for convenience for those in the bedrooms and the loft.

Downstairs in the basement is a recreation room with full walkout to the patio and lakefront. Enjoy
streaming movies, TV shows and CBC Gem for viewing the playoffs on the 65” TV while relaxing on the
couch in front of the second fireplace. There are 4 built-in bunk beds for the kids to have some
privacy away from the adults...or vice versa. A full-size washer and dryer are located in a separate
laundry/utility room.

A paddle boat, 2 canoes and 2 paddle boards are included for use. (Renter must provide their own
life preservers)

For anglers, Percy Lake has lake trout, smallmouth bass and pumpkinseed. (Fishing equipment is not
included.)
