Five people can sleep comfortably in the three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed, the

non-functional.

There is a lakeside fireplace to enjoy the view, and a new dock for water access. The owner offers the
rental of a motorized watercraft; please inquire if you are interested.

Please note that the owner resides in a loft residence above the garage at the back of the property.
