Our unit, Pointe Santo E26, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath direct beachfront unit on Sanibel Island.
Recent improvements to our condo include:

• New electric range/oven installed in early November, 2017
• New carpeting installed on September 26, 2017
• New washer/dryer combo installed in June, 2017
• New lanai furniture, new bedspreads in the guest bedroom and a Keurig coffee brewer added on
April 4, 2017
• New LCD TV's in both the master and guest bedroom with built-in DVD player added in March
• New mattresses for both bedrooms delivered in mid-December.
• New queen sleeper sofa and loveseat was delivered on May 1
• Totally remodeled the kitchen including new cabinets, new Silestone countertops and new
• Added new tile flooring in the kitchen, entrance hallway and guest bathroom
• Replaced the wallpaper in the kitchen/dining area/living room with freshly painted walls
• Added a new 32" LG LCD to the living room plus a new DVD player

Our condo unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bath 2nd floor unit. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD combo. There
is a 32" LG LCD to the living room plus a DVD player. There is a complex pool and an elevator
that services the unit. The unit has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds
in the second/guest bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room area. Therefore, it
is rated to sleep six. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It has a full, well equipped
kitchen. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. to enjoy during your stay.

We completed a comprehensive kitchen remodeling project in September. We are planning a
master bathroom total renovation in the fall of 2018. We are constantly upgrading the unit based
on guest feedback to make it the best possible vacation experience. We hope to have you stay
with us as our guest!
