     Description

Are you looking for an affordable, luxury ocean beachfront condo for your vacation get-away? Here
is your opportunity to rent directly from us at private owners discounted rates!

Our condo is in a quiet upscale neighborhood called 'New Mazatlan' on a beautiful 3.5 mile golden
sand beach. The condo is located in the newly-built luxurious Paraiso II resort complex. Paraiso --
meaning paradise in Spanish -- is a very fitting name because this is truly paradise here on earth
and you will see why.

Located on the third floor, this condo offers high ceilings and is a spacious 2,220 square feet. It
has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, from the 180-degree, floor-
to-ceiling living room windows is truly spectacular!

The wall opposite of the 180-degree windows is mirrored, making it feel like you are surrounded by
ocean views.

The condo brings indoors the colors of the ocean, sand and lush tropical foliage of the surrounding
area.

Our living room is furnished with a leather couch and love seat and a Lazy Boy rattan recliner.
Also an LCD flat screen, satellite television and sound bar are provided as well.

The dining room chairs and table base are made of tightly wrapped banana leaves. All of the
furniture in the bedrooms, along with the living room coffee table and end tables, are custom-made
by hand, by a local citizen of Mazatlán.

The condo has many upgrades including crown molding, handmade wood doors, porcelain floors, granite
and marble kitchen and bathroom counters. It features three lighted arched, recessed niches and
shelves where statues and artwork are displayed.

Taking in the ocean view on the tiled balcony is perfect for that morning cup of coffee, dining,
lounging, reading a book, sun bathing and watching the activities around the pool and on the beach.
There is a large patio table that seats 6 and 2 loungers to relax and catch the rays.

Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the living room and balcony.

The minute you step off the elevator, into the foyer, the unit welcomes you and includes the
following:

-Owners Elevator takes you directly into the condo entrance, plus another separate elevator for
guests.

-Central air conditioning, consisting of three separate zones which can be individually controlled.

-High speed internet. Bring your electronic devices and laptop computer (there are custom-made
desks in the master and third bedrooms).

-Large kitchen with granite counter tops, raised breakfast bar, built-in appliances including
ceramic glass cook top, conventional oven, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel
dishwasher, and all of the necessary kitchen utensils and cookware to prepare your own meal if you
so wish.

-Large ocean view master bedroom suite, with king size bed, walk-in closet and private master bath.

-In addition to the master suite, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and beautiful garden and
mountain views, each with their own balconies.

-Large balcony off the living room, dining room & master bedroom.

-Sliding glass doors off the living room, dining room and master bedroom.

-Laundry room with full size washer / dryer, custom-made cabinets, and a clothes bar for hanging
damp items.

-Kitchen, bedroom and bath linens.

-Beach towels.

The homeowners association requires renters stay a minimum of two weeks. Imagine two weeks of fun
in the Pearl of the Pacific!

Our goal is for our renters to enjoy our condo and love it as much as we do! All we ask is for you
to respect the property and take care of it as if it were your own.

     Attractions

Although Paraiso II has an amazing beach and beautiful grounds surrounding the resort, we encourage
you to explore some of the many sightseeing, culture, art and entertainment Mazatlán has to offer.

Many of the sightseeing and tourist attractions are free and the rest are extremely inexpensive
compared to what Americans and Canadians are used to paying.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:

Go sightseeing around the Centro Historico (Old Town or Historic District) Plaza Machado. Old Town
is located at the southern end of Mazatlán. Many colonial buildings have been rehabed and returned
to their original vibrant glory.

Stroll the Malecon (waterfront walkway, 13 miles long) and see up close the many monuments and
ocean shore. Stop at a beachfront palapa for a cool beverage. We like a place called Pirata (look
for the pirate out on the street side; on the malecon). Watch cliff divers on the Malecon.

Hike up to the El Faro Lighthouse for a bird's eye view of the entire city.

There's also Ocean fishing, Golfing, and Bicycle rental.

CULTURAL PLACES TO VISIT:

- Angela Peralta Theater
- Museums: Archeology, Fine Arts, Infante
- Acquarium and botanical gardens
- Central Cathedral (Basilica de la Inmaculada Concepcion)
- Central Market (Pino Suarez Market)

RESTAURANTS:
You can walk north, take a left out of Paraiso II, there is the Torres Mazatlán you can just walk
into the place.

Further north at the end of Cerritos beach is the Bruja with good music and entertainment on Sunday
evenings and good coconut shrimp and coco loco rum drinks.

Also, at the north end of the beach is the Last Drop and Roys, with huge hamburgers, quesadillas
and ribs.

There is also Looney Beans coffee shop at the north end of the beach where you can purchase fresh
coffee grounds and is our absolute favorite place for breakfast.

There is a huge abundance of good restaurants in the Gold Zone and Old Town if you take a
cab/pulmonia or bus (any bus that says "Cerritos" will take you back to Paraiso).

Here's a list of our personal and renters' favorite restaurants:

Marina less than 2 miles south of Paraiso:

- La Mona Pizzeria Cantina (pizza and spaghetti & meatballs especially good)
- Dock 7

Gold Zone (10 - 15 minutes from Paraiso):

- Ponchos (on the beach, they give you fried jalepenos and chips & fresh salsa upon your seating;
free kahula shots after you eat)
- F.I.S.H. (located behind Mary’s in the Gold Zone, good fish tacos and shrimp burgers, beer in a
giant mug)
- Carlos & Lucia's (great Cuban food)
- Chili’s Pepper (good seafood and on the beach)
- Casa Loma (east of the DQ and up the hill; nice place to maybe celebrate an anniversary)
- Twisted Mama (go there to hear the excellent house band, Rex)
- La Casa Country
- Diego's Beach House Barbecue (on the beach, great sunset viewing)
- Panama (good food, family friendly, includes bakery, no liquor)

Located in Old Town:

- Gaia (our new favorite place to go)
- El Presidio (our favorite before Gaia became our favorite, but it's a close tie which is better)
- Topolo Wine Bar (they make fresh salsa right at your table, pork shank is to die for)
- Angelina's Latin Kitchen
- MacCaws (small place, live music some nights)
- Hector's
- Ocean Grill (located on the Malecon, excellent seafood and really great ocean view)
- Pedro & Lola’s

Mazatlán has a vibrant Street Food Scene. Carts and ventors are present in virtually all
neighborhoods, particularly in Old Town and the Malecon (waterfront walkway).
