Please note swimming and mini putt do cost extra.*****

propane included. patio table and chairs seats 6 easy.

All dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave , full size
fridge , tea towels etc..are there for your use.

You do need to bring bedding for 3 double beds, and of course your
own personal towels.


There is a refundable security deposit of $300.00 due upon booking .

Will be refunded after check out inspection for any damages,

Rental price is due half upon rental agreement and balance is due 60
days prior to booking. I do provide receipts for everything as well
as tenancy agreement.
