renowned area of Barcelona, only a few meters away from the bus and
metro stations, this apartment is about 65 m² and is located in a
building with a lift.

This elegant house has 2 bedrooms: one with 1 single bed and one with
1 double bed. The living room is fully equipped to give you the
relaxing moment you deserve during your vacation, has 1 double sofa
bed and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave,
coffee maker, electrical cooker, kettle, oven, fridge/freezer and
vitroceramic cook top. In this welcoming apartment there is one fully
furnished bathroom and for your comfort, it is equipped with iron,
hair dryer, TV, DVD reader, air conditioning/heating, washing-machine,
tumble dryer and the Wi-Fi connection. A roomy balcony enlights the
living room and gives you the opportunity to enjoy a view on the
Catalan city and discover within a look outside, the wonderful city
you're ready to visit. The apartment hosts up to 5 guests.

Attractions

The apartment is located near Plaza de Cataluña, the huge square that
marks the centre of the city and that is generally considered to be
the place where the old city and the 19th century-built Eixample meet.
From this square, the most important streets and avenues begin to
"drive" you to discover the rest of the city: Passeig de Gràcia,
Rambla de Cataluña, La Rambla and Portal del Angel, in addition to
Ronda de Sant Pere, Carrer de Vergara or Carrer de Pelai. It is very
well known for its fountains and statues and its proximity to some of
Barcelona's most popular attractions. It is only 5 minutes walking
distance far from the Mercado de la Boqueria and the Gothic Cathedral
that is only two minutes far from the other wonderful Mercado, the
Santa Caterina one. From the apartment you can easily arrive to the
MACBA (Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Bacelona) and to the CCCB
(Centro de Cultura Contemporaneo de Barcelona) that are very close to
the Raval area and to Plaza Universidad that is actually a meeting
point for students, tourists and a lot of people from Barcelona that
from here go to the restaurants, bars and discos that are all around
in the area. The perfect apartment to enjoy the wonderful sun of the
centre of the Catalan Capital.
