This is the first one of three apartments very similar.

It is located on the first floor of a brand-new building in the Sants
area that take its name from the biggest train station of Barcelona.
It is four metro stops far from the main square of the city Plaza de
Catalunya and only few meters far from the huge and monumental Plaza
de d' España with its wonderful fountains and the main streets of
Barcelona like Gran Via and Parallel.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating, elevator, private
parking (9 euros per day) and highest quality furniture. Perfect for
up to 6 guests, very well decorated and furnished, it has two double
bedrooms: one with a double bed and wardrobe, another one with two
single beds (bunk beds) and a wardrobe. It has also a refurbished and
renovated bathroom with shower, a living room with a comfortable sofa
bed for 2 guests more, television and Wi-Fi connection. The roomy and
bright lounge has a fully equipped kitchen with combi fridge and
washing machine. In the kitchen you can find everything you could need
to cook during your stay, for a peaceful dinner at home: appliances,
utensils, coffee machine, toaster and oven. You’ll enjoy your meal
sitting at the table with seats for 6 people.
