Gran Via and Plaza Catalunya, this place has been totally renovated

The bedrooms are divided as follows: 1 with bunk bed, 1 with a single
bed, 1 with two single beds, 1 with a double bed.

The terrace is the perfect outdoor living room you would enjoy in a
summertime evening to share a dinner or a glass of wine with your
friends or your family once you’ve been in the heart of Barcelona.

Attractions

The apartment is in the centre of Barcelona, even if it is located far
away from the noisy streets around the Ramblas, that anyway is only a
10 minutes walking distance from the house. It is in the Eixample
quarter near Paseig de Gracia with the Gaudi’s Houses, restaurants,
tapas bars and boutique shops (like Gucci, Chanel, Valentino among
others). If you’re looking for more accessible shopping you can get in
5 minutes to the Rambla de Catalunya. Few meters away there is the
Yellow Metro Line Station (L4) Girona from where you can go to Plaza
Jaume I or to the beach stopping at Barceloneta Metro Station. Jaume I
is the main square of the Gothic area where you can go arrive with a
walk of 10 minutes from the apartment. La Barceloneta is the old
fashioned fishermen’s area where you can find a lot of good price
restaurants to eat good fresh fish or the amazing paella.
