Corpus Christi Beach. Walkable to USS Lexington, Texas
Aquarium,restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Right over the bridge from
Whataburger Field and Hook's baseball, a new waterpark, and CC marina
area. Port Aransas fishing is minutes away.

30 minutes from in the car to all set up on the gulf at Mustang Island
or North Padre Island for a change.

GREAT place to relax. Large balcony has beautiful view of beach. I'd
like to spend as much time there as I can, but I have to rent it out
most of the time. I'm a single unit owner. One of the very nicest on
the property. The 3 March renters all really liked it and enjoyed
their time.

This is really the perfect place for a vacationing and long term
working folks. If you have a need for a temporary work or military
stay, it sure beats a hotel and the rate is competitive. There are
permanent residents here so it feels very much like a community. 4
Adults maximum.

2 large swimming pools and 2 hot tubs. Picnic and BBQ areas on
property. Gated with security guard at night.

Fully furnished with all cooking needs. 4 burner stove, oven,
microwave, large refrigerator, flat screen TV, cable TV/Internet, DVD,
surround sound stereo, coffee maker, iron and board, blow dryer, 3
beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, beach mats -- it has 1 queen bedroom
with closet, queen sleeper sofa, and recliner. Hall closet and
built-in desk nook with drawers.

There are coin op washers and dryers on each floor as well as a free
ice machine.


Small pets 20 lbs or less, with up-to-date Veterinarian records and
deposit permitted. Call for details.
