     Description

The "Welcome Mat" is always out for those seeking fun in the great
outdoors. If you are looking to fish, ski, or just play in the lake,
our beautiful rental on Lake of the Pines lake is a great place to
rest and revive your spirit while relaxing at our peaceful getaway.

A Hunter? We have great hunting here. Snowmobiler? Excellent trails
just outside of your door! Fishing? Just down the path. We have what
you need!

Whether you are visiting in the Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter, you
will find the view breathtaking, with lots of different types of
wildlife moving around for viewing... from the call of the loons, the
soaring of bald eagles, quick jumping of deer, gentle hopping of
rabbits, and busy work of squirrels - you can see it all right here.

If you are interested in taking some day tours, you might consider
visiting Hayward for arts and crafts, quaint shops and antiquing, and
Winter and Phillips for your shopping.

Throughout ALL our wonderful Seasons, you will ALWAYS find many
things of interest to enjoy . . . Swimming, boating, skiing, jet-
skiing, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, biking,ATV'ing (area ATV maps are
available for the area),grouse/duck hunting, Bow/muzzleloader deer
hunting, ice fishing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country
skiing . . . Certainly as you begin to make plans to visit the
Northwoods, our hideaway is a place you will want to visit!

Our hideaway rental unit has a private entrance, and approximately
600 square feet. It has an easy, winding, beautiful path to the lake.

This cozy hideway has a family room with tv and dvd player, dining
area, kitchen, bath, and laundry room down the hall. There is a walk
out patio door and just to left is the path leading to the lakeside
pier. There is a large recreational building for any indoor family
gatherings, or to play board games and other games, located here.
Enjoy a cozy evening sunset viewing down by the dock on our deck
furniture. Need to stay connected? You can use the computer that is
there, or bring your own and tap into the network for free!

If you like cozy...inviting... this is the spot for you . . . a
peaceful, quite, serene escape! Some of the features include a fully-
equipped kitchen, full bath, and a separate laundry room with
washer/dryer.

The main bedroom is in behind the living room while the other bedroom
(with a separate bath of it's own, too!) is just down the hall.

There is a fire pit for fireside chatting/marshmallow cooking in the
evenings (we have even provided some wood - good until gone). There
is a dock where you can tie up your personal boat, enjoy those "late
evening sunsets" and listen to the loons call - - making for special
memories.
