Leicester House Rental Information:
$250/night; $1,750/week; $750/Mid-Week Special (Monday - Friday)

Deposits: To hold a reservation, a security deposit of 50% of your
total stay is required (up to a maximum of $500). The refundable
deposit is required at least 30 days in advance and is in addition to
the rate of stay in order to reserve the property and to assure that
Leicester House will be respected and cared for during your stay.
Your deposit is fully refundable within 14 days after your stay if
property integrity is maintained, otherwise necessary deductions will
be made from the deposit to make needed repairs due to disruption,
damage or destruction to the property.
Cancellation Policy: Your deposit will be fully refunded if your
reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before your expected stay,
or if cancelled 14 - 29 days before your expected stay and re-booking
is successful, otherwise, 50% refund. With less than a 14-day notice
of cancellation, your deposit is not refundable, but any payment that
was received for rent will be refunded 100%.
