The Xscape Loft pricing structure is broken up into 3 experiences, Quick 
Xscapes (2 or 3 days), Grand Xscapes (4 or 5 days), and Total Xscapes (6 
or 7 days).  The 12 month calendar is segmented into 4 rate codes, Bronze 
(off-season), Silver (pre-/post season), Gold and Platinum (in-season and 
peak season).  Note:  Bronze/Silver periods require 2 night minimum stays 
and Gold/Bronze periods require a 3 night minimum.
