     Rates

We are only charging the amount Shell Vacation charges us for our annual dues...$950. We ask for a 20% deposit due upon booking. The remainder will be due 60 days prior to arrival (due to loss of points/money charged by Shell for cancellations...which happened to us before). Note: Two bedroom suites are available. However, it costs us double points (2 years worth of Shell points) and the cost per week would then be $1525. This is a popular resort and rooms go quickly. Availability depends on time of year and how far in advance it is booked.
