The Apartments are in what used to be a country house built in the
XVIII century by our family. It has been renovated for today’s daily
living, to house 9 Apartments:

• The original house has 6 one-bedroom units. Each apartment has a
bedroom, full bathroom, living room with a full size day bed,
television and an American kitchen.
• A new building attached to the old house has 2 two-bedroom units.
Each has the bedrooms on the second floor and a full bathroom. The
first floor has an American kitchen, living room with a full size day
bed and a small bathroom.
• A building by itself houses a 2-bedroom unit with the same features
as the other apartments, plus fireplace and a small private garden on
the side of the house.
In the complex there is a common laundry room, garden and parking lot
for the use of the guests. There is also an ¨Horreo¨ (a typical wooden
house used by farmers to keep the harvest).

Attractions

Villanueva de Pria has its own beach at about 500 mts. from the
Apartments. There are about 30 beaches in the next 30 Kms. The
mountains (Picos de Europa) are nearby. You can practice trekking,
canoeing, Golf, bicycle, horse back riding and many other type of
activities in the area.
