third bedroom is decorated as an office or multi purpose room. It has
a queen size sleeper bed and a closet
. The kitchen is well equipted for most type of
cooks. Has a separate pantry, side by side refrigerator/ freezer
that has filtered water and ice cubes from the door.Good size oven/
microwave dishwasher

You can walk to the Gulf for your daily walks, The Island community
center is walkable The activities at the community center include,
Tennis, Bauchi Ball,several dance classes, Yoga, Bridge (lessons and
duplicate) There are 6 Art Centers on the Island. Fri. night has
the drum ring and a local musician leading the welcome of the
incredible sunsets. It is a fun place to be away from the cold
northern winter

You are about one and a half hours away from Orlando and Disney. The
Ballet and the Opera and just about every entertainer come to various
places in Sarasota and Bradenton

Rates

$300 will hold your reservation it is seperate from your rent and will be returned after the house is cleaned after you leave. I will want half of the rent payment depending on how long ahead you book and for how long.before the decided upon time. We will determine when you make the reservation
