Description

Located half way up Okemo Mountain this four bedroom condo is the
closest unit to Sachem trail in the Trailside Village IV-A complex. A
short walk to the trail (about 150 yards) but if you prefer to ride,
call the free on-demand shuttle that will pick you up at your door
step and take you UP the mountain to the top of Sachem trail. Ski down
to the Northstar chairlift and you never have to go to the base area.
If you like, the shuttle will bring you back to the condo for a lunch
break or to quickly pick up that forgotten item. But skiing/walking
back to the condo is an easy option.

Overlooking the twinkling lights of Ludlow this duplex has plenty of
front door parking...a real plus when you are unloading and loading
all that luggage and ski gear! Enjoy the luxury of a new spacious
ski room with plenty of storage and lots of room for everyone to suit
up at once.

The main floor also has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and
all the equipment you would expect. The dining area has a table that
will expand to seat 10 comfortably. The living room has a large
sectional sofa, reclining chair and a great working fireplace.
On the upper floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed and the large
master bath has an oversized jaquizzi style tub in addition to the
shower.

The lower level has three bedrooms, a bathroom, and the laundry room.
Two of the rooms have two twin beds each. The other bedroom has a bunk
bed set and a futon.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

Note: We use our cell phones there so there is no land line phone at
the condo.

Amenities

We have wireless internet, basic cable, and CD and DVD players. There
is also a small TV in the master bedroom and in the bunk room.
Outdoor closets store your skis for easy access. Included firewood is
located in the wood bin by the fireplace. It should be about a week's
worth.

The unit is stocked with some basics such as a few spices and
condiments, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, dish and
laundry detergent that you are welcome to use.

Cleaning fees are included in the rental price if renting for a full
week.

Attractions

Okemo mountain is a wonderful family resort with plenty of skiing to
keep a family happy for a week but if you would like to visit other
ski areas Killington and several other ski resorts are within a 45
minute drive. The town of Ludlow is just down the mountain from the
condo and has a Shaw's grocery store and a variety of restaurants and
small shops. There are lots of options for renting and buying ski
equipment.

Take an afternoon off of skiing and drive over to the Long Trail
Brewery for a fun lunch and a some local Long Trail beer. Or drive to
nearby Manchester, Queechee, or Woodstock for an enjoyable outing of
shopping, sightseeing and/or dining.

Rates

We are renting out just for holidays at $500 per night. Christmas and Presidents Day we require a one week minimum stay. We can be flexible on the dates. For Martin Luther King we require 4 night minimum plus $100 cleaning fee. We ask for a $500 security deposit to be refunded after unit has been cleaned and inspected. Half the rental fee is required to reserve your dates and the other half is due 15 days prior to arrival. Your reservation will be held once we have received your deposit (50% of the rental fee). The balance (remaining 50% plus security deposit of $500 and cleaning fee ($120) is to be in our hands prior to arrival. Towels and linens are included.
