Breezy Palms Villa is a fabulous, private villa located in Chalk Sound
National Park. The main concept is to give you the luxury of a
resort, but the privacy of a villa.
Featuring an infinity pool overlooking the uninhabited cays of Chalk
Sound, your views are absolutely breathtaking.
The master bedroom features a private terrace, private jacuzzi tub in
a full en suite with makeup counter and three large closets. In this
main area there are two other bedrooms, one queen and two twin rooms.
There is a private self contained unit that features a queen sized
bedroom and full bath.
With a comfortable living room and luxury kitchen, this villa would be
complete, but add in a fully supported games room featuring a pool
table, wet bar and full entertainment system leading out onto the 20 x
30 deck area and infinity pool, you have a villa that stands out from
the rest.
And the most unique feature is that with Breezy Palms being located on
National Park grounds, the cays that dot the Sound are uninhabited,
protected for natural wildlife. The waters do not support motorized
watercraft, so that peace and tranquility are assured. No para
sailing or banana boat rides. A quick 15 - 20 min drive will take you
to the tourist area of Providenciales, but being in a residential area
you are away from the bustle of traffic, pedestrian an otherwise, you
have the tranquility and peace of a residential area.

Breezy Palms Villa is managed by a local company who will be available
throughout your stay. From meet and greet at the airport to Villa
orientation, your entire stay is supported, from advice on the Villa
to local restaurants and activities we will make sure your trip is
more than just the Breezy Palms Villa.
Your deck area is fully supplied with deck chairs, and your private
dock has two kayaks for personal use.
The entire Villa property has WiFi, free long distance phone, air
conditioning or ceiling fans throughout.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities and the latest
amenities.

No motorcraft allowed, full access to protected waters. Occasionally
you will see the Maritime Heritage foundation sail the historic, hand
made sailboats.

White Sand Beach with no restrictions such as on Chalk Sound.
