This is a magnificent setting. Breathtaking harbor surrounding a
peninsula property. Island is unspoiled and 50% national park split
between extraordinary woodland and harborside walks and the historic
Roosevelt summer home and museum. FDR's playable 9 hole golf course as
well. Several ferry boat and driving destinations offer both local
color and amenities. great for decompression/rejuvenation.

This spacious home is located on an incredible stretch of shoreline on
a beautiful island. The location offers many opportunities to watch
the tides and enjoy the plentiful wildlife. It was hard to leave our
vacation home to take full advantage of all the hiking, biking and
sightseeing in the area.

My wife Phyllis and I along with another couple were here for week in
June, 2008 and found it to be a very lovely and charming home and
location. The location, on a point of land projecting into the bay, is
probably the nicest on the entire island! The island itself is
beautiful with extensive shorelines, parks, walking and biking trails
on dirt roads and truly a photographers paradise with lighthouses,
rock formations and of course the FDR "Cottage". We would return in a
minute.

Breathtaking Views/Nature-Lovers Paradise
"This property is located on a scenic and private point on the Bay of
Fundy. The tidal action and animal life are extraordinary and well
worth a trip. There's a comfortable main house and a cozy bungalow.
Both have lots of sleeping space and full kitchens. Very convenient to
FDR's summer residence, hiking paths and all other sights on the
island. A great place to escape from the developed world.

We dig your Campobello space
with seals and birds all over the place.
The tide is always on the go.
The Bay of Fundy's quite a show."

Wonderful Family Vacation

"We had a wonderful time at your home on Campobello. The sleeping
arrangements worked out well for the 6 of us. Your petunias &
perennials were thriving.
The peonies, lupines, giant orange poppies & yellow sedum were in full
bloom, while the clematis & hollyhocks were forming their buds.

We were able to visit many wonderful spots on the island & also
enjoyed nearby Lubec, where, on Wed. nights we went to Summer Keys
concerts.
We took the ferry to Eastport.

Thank you for allowing us an extra day at your home."
