Check-in/Checkout Times. CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND
CHECKOUT is 12 A.M. EST. NO Early Check-in or late checkout unless

Age and Maximum Occupancy.
The maximum number of guests is limited to the amount confirmed at
Time of reservation. This is only 6 people unless pre-arranged with
owners. An additional charge or $10.00 per person per
night for additional guests. Minimum of 18 years old to reserve.
This is a NON SMOKING unit. A $100.00 fee will be charged for any

Rentals are normally done from Saturday to Saturday - but in some
cases we are flexible. Rental Fees: June, July August: $850 per week:

Deposit required in advance for reservation. - $150 refundable

Payments must be made via Check or Money order and in some cases via
PETS are permitted in rentals only with prior approval. A non
Refundable $100.00 pet fee applies. All pets must be leashed at all
Times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet
refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence
of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be
up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.
Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be
treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent
three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks can cause
harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the
sole responsibility of the pet owner. The home owners assume no
responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur
while on the premises.
Checkout Policy. We do NOT provide departure cleaning for you
(unless otherwise noted). We ask that you please: take out the
trash, wash the dishes, bed linens and towels sweep or vacuum the
floors, make sure all trash and spills are removed from under /behind
the furniture and floor, start a load of laundry, leave keys in
kitchen, close and lock all windows and doors and secure the
