round, We are in north San diego, 20 minutes from downtown San Diego
and 10 minutes from Escondido. We are 20 minutes from the famous La
Jolla Shores on the Pacific ocean. The area is quiet and perfectly
safe with many ammenities.. This home is immaculate and made for
comfort as well as visual pleasure but may not be appropriate for
young children. You will not be disappointed in this peach of a
rental. Everything you need inclding 3 big-screen TVs

Amenities

Golf, Golf, Golf. Tennis anyone? Pool year round. Gym use
included. This kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need,
has a dishwasher and granite countertops. Ample linens provided as
well as bath accessories for your convenience. Have coffee in the
morning in the charming courtyard and wine at night on the back
patio. Help yourself to oranges from our tree. The owners know the
area well and are more than happy to share information to make your
stay enjoyable. Two bedrooms are suites with their own bathrooms
(the one upstairs is very private) and both have big screen
televisions. The living room has a 52" large screen as well.

Attractions

Close to famous Wild Animal Park, A day trip to Mexico shopping is
easily arranged. The San Diego Zoo offers loads of fun. Balboa Park
is a gem. Seaport Village offers something for everyone. Besides
ocean activities, there are hiking and bike trails. There is shopping
and restaurants nearby

Rates

As described. Minimum rental is 3 days and maximum is one month. Deposit depends on amount of time and the no. of people who will occupy the property, deposit cost is.between $500 to $1000. for fully refundable security and damage deposit. Cleaning deposit depends on amount of time at the property....from $75-300. Rental during the months of Nov.and Dec.(for 2 weeks or more) may get an additional reduction in rate to accomodate owners travel schedule.
