Our contemporary home, is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage home
located in a lovely, quite neighborhood in Sarasota. Take our short
15 minutes drive to the powdery white sands of Siesta Key Beach. The
barbecue area is surrounded by a very private back yard. Living room
features a 40” LCD TV. The large master bedroom with private bath has
a queen size bed and opens to the back yard. The kitchen is very
spacious, fully upgraded with breakfast bar and stools. Has all
modern appliances including stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice
maker, dishwasher. It is fully equipped with small appliances, such
as coffee maker, toaster and many accessories for gourmet cooking.
Our house is very welcome for the kids! We have awesome two story
contemporary twin bed for your kids or teens they would love! Also we
have everything for the baby. Nice wood crib, high chair, bath tub
and even walker! House is completely furnished and move in ready.
Just bring your clothes and move in.

Rate Details: October 1st - November 31st $730.00/wk .. $2200/month December 1st - December 31st $800.00/wk ..$2400/ month January 1st - April 30th $750.00/wk .. $2300/month May 1st - September 30th $695.00/wk .. #2000/month Minimum stay 1 week. Cleaning service available upon request for additional charge ($75.00 per cleaning) Refundable damage deposit $500.00 Deposit is required at time of booking; balance of total due one week prior to arrival date. The Reservation Deposit is nonrefundable if reservation is canceled 30 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival Security deposit will be refunded/mailed within five days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of property.
