The lakefront area has concrete stairs down to a small sandy beach
allowing easy access to fishing, swimming, or boating. A shallow boat
mooring is in place. The house is the last house on a
dead end road. The house replaced a cottage originally built in 1918,
when all of the lakefront was available making this location the best
choice.

Lakes Region attractions are close by in Laconia (8 miles). The Tilton
