Description

Our summer home sleeps 7 only, featuring a master bedroom w/queen bed,
1 queen pull out couch in the living room,
1 queen pull out couch in the add-a-room and a single couch.
It also features a full kitchen with microwave, a dining area, a
living room with a cable TV and DVD,
and a full four piece bathroom.
This home is air conditioned and is also equipped with built in stereo
system throughout the home.
Also, has a 10 X 23 add-on-room with a TV and DVD, please refer to the
attached pictures.
The exterior of this home features a deck with a beautiful view of the
water.
Patio furniture and a full sized barbeque including propane.
NO PETS OR SMOKING.
We require a $250 deposit at the time of booking to secure your week.
Must be over 25 yrs of age to rent. Maximum occupancy is 7 people.
Full payment must be made no later than two weeks prior to occupancy.

Golf cart available for additional cost.

Amenities

Rental includes full use of the home for the entire week.
Use of full kitchen appliances and supplies (pots/pans, coffee maker,
dishes, etc...).
Bedding and towels are not supplied.
Enjoy the 3 beaches, two pools, two hot tubs, four water slides,
miniature golf, 9 hole pitch & putt golf course,
paddle boats, fishing, basketball courts, rollerblade/skateboard park,
roller hockey courts, tennis courts,
paint ball course and much much more. Park also offers breakfast,lunch
and dinner at several places within the park.
Pizza delivered via golf cart right to your doorstep for those nights
that cooking is out of the question.
Golf cart drivein is always a favorite of the kids, check postings for
movie that is scheduled.
Niagara Falls (casino) is approximately 20 minutes away which opens
you up to more outside and sightseeing activities.

Sherkston Shores resort's entertainment and activities:
*The Sunstars which is a team of entertainers that perform daily.
*Bradley's Den (Junior Guest Kids Club) organized play place for
children 4-12.
Supervised by the Sunstars the group is involved with arts & crafts,
sporting events, sandcastle building and more.
*Hayrides, golf cart drive inn, live bands, live shows in the showdeck
area of the park.
From Chocolate Bar bingo to Adult Trivia, from card socials to
Karaoke,
Sherkston Shores has something to offer the entire family.

Rates

All interested parties must be 25 years of age or older. $1,100.00 per week. A $250.00 security deposit will be collected at your time of arrival and refunded to you within 7 days, if the rental is left clean and without damage. Sherkston Shores has requested a homeowner rental agreement from the renter, upon arrival you will simply fill out a one page form that includes owners name, renters name and contact information. Also included will be the vehicle that you are driving. the purchase of FunPlex passes are required to access the entertainment areas of the park. Prices vary upon dates of interest and number of guests that will need entry.
