and is extremely spacious covering 75 sq metres, with wooden flooring
throughout. It has fantastic natural light as it situated on the
fourth floor with it’s own balcony to the street. No elevator.

The living area in this private accommodation is exactly that. You
will only find top class furnishings with not a sofa bed in sight! So
you can relax without having to compromise your living area for extra
bed space. Our aim is to allow our guests to feel completely at home
in this exclusive Barcelona holiday modernist apartment. There is
also a mini bar provided for your convenience

This beautiful Barcelona flat rental provides you with two relaxing
bedrooms with latex and ortopedik matrasses. Both of which have been
furnished with great care and attention to detail. There is a large
TV plasma in the salon. An extra single bed is available on request.
In this Barcelona holiday accommodation we have only chosen quality
fixtures and bed linen.

The bathroom features brand new fittings and a fantastic power
shower. A hairdryer, towels and complimentary shower gels are all
provided for your comfort. However, bring your own beach towels!

The kitchen in this stylish old design apartment is fully equipped
with everything you could want and more. This tourist accommodation
kitchen has been fitted with brand new equipment including washing
machine, fridge freezer, microwave,dishwasher , oven and hob.
Conveniences such as iron and board, kettle, coffee maker and a tea
pot are also supplied. All the utensils are new and we even provide
tea and coffee for you!

165 E/night for a maximum of 2 couples and 0ne single. 25 euros extra
person. Negotiability for more people, as flat sleeps up to a maximum
of 7. Deposit of 250 Euros which will be given back at the end of
your stay (provided the flat has not suffered damages beyond normal
wear). Cleaning fee - 50 Euros. Especial events, exhibitions, new
year 25% extra charge. (In case you are a firm and need receipt,
taxes will not be included).
