Private lakefront with dock and lakeside fire pit. House also has a
backyard picnic table and gas grill. Please note that you do have to
cross the road to get to the lakefront. Walk to floating stage events,
restaurants, shopping, fishing, village park, and public beach. Just
a short drive to Chautauqua Institute, golfing, state parks, hiking,
and many other summer activities. Rental weeks are from Saturday to
Saturday check-in is at 3PM check-out is 10AM.

The weekly rate of $1,995.00 includes tax and all other fees. There is a refundable $500.00 security deposit that is also due at the time of booking. check-in time is 3PM. check-out time is 10AM. Half the rental fee and full deposit is due at booking.
