We have just completed a full renovation for the summer and remaining
year!!!

We will be booking beginning in August on throughout the rest of the
year, we suggest early bookings to avoid the seasonal rush.

We are Located Between two 5 Star resort Hotels - The Ritz Carlton and
El San Juan Hotel.
There are 24 hour Supermarkets, Restaurants and Casinos all within
walking distance.
Not to mention the beach is only a few steps away.
We are a short ride from the airport and the metro San Juan area. Easy
access to all the local major tourist hot spots!!!!
Condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 and a half baths, full kitchen with all brand
new appliances, large living room with cable TV. It is also fully air
conditioned.

There is also a washer and dryer on the third floor in the same
building.
It is the top floor penthouse, with access to great rooftop views.
Close to everything you will ever need for the perfect vacation.
We are New York based renters but will work with anyone to make sure
your vacation is perfect.
