Rates

Rates vary depending on time of year & length of visit but expect to pay around £125/135 per night unless staying for at least a week, when discounts can be negotiated. Lower rates apply off-season and for midweek visits. A 25% deposit is payable on booking with the balance due one month before arrival. In the event of cancellation the deposit will be refunded provided the owner can obtain a replacement booking. Alternatively, the deposit may be transferred to another booking on different dates.
