games. Covered front porch, screened rear porch, patio with grill.
New firepit under construction lakeside. Rates includes bed and bath
linens. No cleaning fee (normal use).

Attractions

Great fishing (location of N.C. state record walleye). Either
Georgia or NC fishing licenses recognized. Nearby pontoon boat
rentals. Three golf courses within 20 miles. Cherokee casino
within easy driving. Antique shops. John C. Campbell Folk School

Rates

Three seasons, each with it's own rate. Weekly only (Saturday to Saturday) rentals during the HIGH season (June-August) Weekly and two and three day rates also available during the QUIET season (December -March)and the MID Seasons (April-May, Sept.-Oct). Monthly rates available by special request. $300 deposit confirms your reservation (this becomes your security deposit upon receipt of full rental amount) due a minimum 30 days in advance. No refunds within 30 days of rental. Partial credit issued if time your time period can be re-rented.
