Hacienda Real is located only minutes by foot to the Santa Cruz Bay
where you can enjoy food, drinks, swimming, water sports, and
lounging. The Santa Cruz Marina is also located near the beach where
you can book your sport fishing excursion, SCUBA diving adventure,
snorkel, and or site-seeing trip. After a long day of sunning and
water activities you can take a final dip in the crystal clear pool
before retiring to your condo. The condos are individually owned and
each have their own Mexican flare.



Hacienda Real Condo #208 comes fully furnished and ready for your
Huatulco getaway. The condo has such amenities as washer/dryer
stacked, flat panel tv, dvd player, dvd library, cd player/radio,
alarm clocks, microwave, blender, coffee-maker, a full kitchen where
you can take your hand at Oaxacan cuisine, 2 bedrooms, 2 full
bathrooms, hot water, living room, dining room, and a terrace over
looking the tropical landscape of the grounds and the Sierra Madre
Mountains. The condo welcomes 4 guests and please no smoking or pets.

Summer Special: For any reservation made for a week or more from now
until the end of September we will offer half price on a 5 bay tour or
half price on transportation to and from the airport. (Regular price
for a 5 bay boat tour of Huatulco's bays costs $120usd and airport
transportation with an airport taxi can cost as much as$50usd to
$80usd each way)

Holiday Special: For reservations made for a week or longer within
the months of December through February we will include a Oaxacan Gift
Basket. Included in the basket is a bottle of champagne, Oaxacan
coffee locally grown, recipe cards with Oaxacan specialties, Oaxacan
grown chocolate, a jar of Oaxacan mole, and a Huatulco Travelers'
Guide. Also available with this special is airport transportation to
and from for half price of what airport taxis charge. (Regular price
for airport transportation with an airport taxi can cost $50usd to
$80usd each way)
