the bay. The Beach Retreat is beachside and set back just enough to
retain a beautiful gulf view yet offer some privacy from beach goers.

Just because you’re at the beach doesn't mean you have to live like
a bum. The Beach Retreat was built and furnished with vacationing
guests in mind and has all the desired modern amenities to make you
feel at home. The Beach Retreat is all about comfort, and enjoyment.
There's a picnic area for outdoor barbecues. When you come back from
the beach an enclosed hot outdoor shower is awaiting. You can enjoy
the beach views while getting a tan on the private sun deck or
sipping a cool beverage under the covered patio.

Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a family get
together, everyday at the Beach Retreat is fun-filled and memorable.

Beach Retreat is tastefully decorated with Tropical Themes. We
furnished the Beach Retreat with everything for that perfect
vacation. Two bedrooms, two baths, sleeps ten. One queen bed (Master
BR), 2 double beds (2nd BR), Two Futon sofas double-size bed / couch
(Living Room). Accommodates up to 10 people. Amenities: Central
Air/Heat, Microwave, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stack
Washer and Dryer, Cable, LCD TV, DVD/VCD/Mpeg4/CD/MP3/JPEG player,
Picnic Table, Barbecue Grill, Sun Deck and Covered Porch with Baby
Gate, Smoke Alarms, Private Hot Water Outdoor Shower, Full Size
Kitchen, Breakfast Bar, Phone (local calls only). Fully Furnished
and Equipped for Light Housekeeping. Kitchen is furnished with Pots,

Weekly (Fri -Fri) rates $675 a week in October - February $850 a week in March, April & September $1050 a week in May - August Add $100 for Holidays Weekend (Fri-Mon) / Weekday (Mon-Fri) rates $500 in October - February $625 in March, April & September $750 weekend in May - August $50 cleaning fee per stay. $300 security deposit. Add $100 for Holidays 1/2 payment required for reservation. Full payment required 2 months prior to stay Weekly = Friday - Friday / Weekend = Friday - Monday / Weekday = Mon- Fri Higher rates may apply for other combinations.
