Our beautiful home is situated on Cavendish Drive in Lindfields a
prestigious development just 5 miles from Disney. Supermarkets and
restaurants are within 2 miles. We have tried to provide everything
possible for your comfort during your stay. The villa has a good
inventory for the kitchen including crockery and glassware. Bed linen
and tpwela are provided. Cable TV, DVD, VCR and internet access is
available and phone with free international land line connection.
We are also within 2 miles of Orange Lake Golf Course.

Amenities

We are in Lindfields a prestigious development very close to Disney.
The villa has a comletely secluded outside solar heated pool and a
heated SPA. There is ample space for sunbathing, eating etc around
the pool area. The villa is fully air conditioned.Wee

Attractions

We are within 5 mintes from Disney and very close to all the
attractions on the hwy 192 and Kissimmee. All the other Orlando theme
parks including Sea View, Universal Studios, Epcot, MGM etc are close
by.
Located in mid Florida we are about an hour to beaches on both sides -
Gulf Coast to the West including Tampa Bay and the Atlantic Coast
including Cape Canaveral to the East

Rates

Weeky rates are from $920 to $1100 depending on season. All rates are plus 13% tax. A non-refundable deposit of $200 per week secures a booking - balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A $200 security deposit is required - refundable if no damage is caused to the property. Pool heat recommended October to March is $200 per week extra.
