If you are coming to the Colorado Springs metro area (including
Monument) on business or pleasure we offer a cost effective
alternative to a traditional or extended stay hotel for two week and
longer visits. Our homes are completely furnished and equipped, HOA
maintained, and competitively priced.

Just bring your toothbrush and clothes - we provide virtually
everything else. All utilities are included and all of our homes
have air conditioning and mountain views. Our homes all have high
speed Internet access and 32" LCD TV's. The photos
shown on this web site are from one of our three Monument town
homes, and are representative of the furniture and décor you will
find in all of our homes. We have homes from 2 bed/2 bath to 3
bed/3.5 baths, most with carports or garages.

Although we primarily rent for a month or longer if we have
availability when you are going to be in town you can rent our
properties for a minimum of two weeks (of course you can stay for a
shorter period of time but the price will not change). Any stay
beyond two weeks is charged the full monthly rate.

Visits for less than a month cannot be confirmed until 30 days
before you will be arriving but we are happy to talk to you about
less than month rentals and put your name on a contact list.

Our rates start make us competitive with upscale extended stay hotels
while offering far more for your comfort and convenience! There is no
additional cleaning fee - it is included in our published rates.
Monthly rates range from $1,900 to $2,800 per month - depending on
length of stay, home size, location, and amenities.

For monthly or longer rentals we do allow pets at many of our homes
but no pets are allowed for terms of less than one month. You can
