Rates

Summer rates: $180 daily $1,000 weekly, $2,500 monthly. MAR 1 - OCT 31 Winter rates: $150 daily $750 weekly, $1,800 monthly NOV 1 - FEB 28 $150 refundable security deposit $90 refundable cleaning fee. Security deposit, cleaning fee, and first nights rent are required to secure a reservation. Balance of payment is due at least two weeks prior to stay. Notice of cancellations must be within 2 weeks of reservation.
