restored. .26 acre lot, all fenced. The yard is like a park. Full of
flowers, ferns, angels, birds. Large deck with plenty of seating,
slate walk ways and patio. Ocean view from living room and upper
level. Fully furnished. Gas fireplace , interior has knotty pine and
cedar, copper accents. Linens, towels, coffee, tea, sugar, flour,
soaps provied. Games and books for adults and children. Three
skylights, stained glass window and garden windown in kitchen.
Great fire pit in the yard for roasting marshmellows. Two car
garage. All you need to bring is food and clothing! Ask about pets
in advance.

Amenities

Three bedrooms. Large daylight basement with bed, sofa and TV. Three
telephones ( bring your credit card for long distance) three TV's,
One queen, one full, one full futon, four twins, three couches.
Microwave, dishwasher, range, blender, toaster, washer and dryer,
dishes and all you need in the kitchen including spices. Games,
movies and books for children.

Attractions

Lincoln City is a very unique location. We have a casino, siletz
river for great fishing, Devil's Lake for fishing and boating, the
Beautiful Ocean, and bay's. Huge outlet mall for great shopping.
Many quaint shops, antique stores and great places to eat. Other
attractions in near by towns of Tillamook and Newport.

Rates

Peak rates May through September $200.00 per night mid week. $250.00 per night Fri and Sat. Weekly rate is $1250.00 for up to six persons. Off season rate is $175.00 mid week and $200.00 Fri and Sat nights. $1000.00 off season weekly rate. Most pets are accepted, ask in advance about cost and fees. Security deposit of $250.00 to hold your reservation and rate in full must be paid 30 days in advance. Cleaning fee of $80.00 for up to six persons. Refunds allowed with 30 day notice. 10% cancellation fee. You must be 26 to rent this home. This is not a party house, and you must respect the neighbors and area rules.
