     Description

Check out Bayside for lunch, Beautiful View of the Bay right across
from Eckerts Drug Store. Tell Ramon the waiter, Pete and Sue sent you.
I like Yellowtail with Crab Stuffing. Ask for the waiter to bring the
wine sauce in a separate bowl for dipping. My wife enjoys Stuffed
Shrimp with Crab. Try the Coconut Shrimp or Caribbean Flank steak its
great. Dine out early at lunch prices until 4 PM. Hobo's Restaurant
is at mile marker 103 raw bar 4-6, great underwater video as you drink
and enjoy fresh local seafood and the Best Rated Cheeseburger in
Paradise. Ballyhoo is at mile marker 98 in center medium of the road.
Happy hour raw bar is from 4-6. Breezers is next to Marriott bay side
4-7, open air on the bay great sunsets, hammocks on the beach.
Paradise Pub 4-7 the local’s hangout, shot pool, great wings. Coconuts
on the canal open air or inside bar, Wednesday ladies night drink for
free bands most nights, dancing. Sharkies walk along canal from
Coconuts, walk along canal to Holiday Inn, relax in 2 pools or hot tub
just order a drink and enjoy outside Chiki Grass Hut Bar. Casino boat
ride out to the bigger casino boat is $3.00 roundtrip. Ride out hang
out and ride back, cheap boat trip. Holiday Isle Mile marker 89, swim
up bar on the ocean, walk south 100 yards little Shanty stores on a
small boardwalk for browsing, walk north and go up into the tree fort
like bar for a great view. South across the bridge is Whale Harbor
Smorgasbord. Father South Bentleys Raw bar ala carte great deal, south
to Lorilie bay side, further south a mile to Sport fisherman (must
stop boat in the building, stores, art gallery) next to Islamorada
Fish House. Key West, mile marker 1 and Duvall Street and Sloppy Joes.

FROM FORT LAUDERDALE
When you leave Fort Lauderdale airport go west on 595, exit south on
Florida Turnpike (Toll Road), merge onto US Route 1 South. Follow road
to Key Largo. At the light at Ekerts Drug Store, which is in the
middle of the divided highway at mile marker 100, turn left. Go one
block and turn right behind TIB Bank. Go one block and turn left on
Ocean Bay Drive. Go to the end of Ocean Bay Dr. Turn right into Kawama
Yacht Club. Tell the guard your going to Tower 212. Turn left and go
the end. Park between the Tower and the boats. Please do not park
under the Tower. Walk up to the elevator. The elevator key is square
and fits in the keyhole at the elevator entrance, turn the key and the
elevator will come down to first floor. Enter elevator and press 2.
Exit the elevator and turn left. The condo is the first door on the
right. There is a key for the front door. There is a key for the
closet that is on the left of the front door. The washer and dryer are
in that utility closet.

FROM MIAMI
When your leave Miami airport go West on 836, South on 826, South on
874 (toll road, use USA currency, quarters or dollars), merge on to
Florida Turnpike South (Toll Road), merge onto US Route 1 South.
Follow this road to Key Largo. At the light at Ekerts Drug Store,

PS: If someone is at the elevator entrance and they press intercom
212, the phone will ring in the condo. When you answer it you may talk
to that person. If you press O the elevator will go to the ground
floor and open. This way you do not have to go down stairs to let a
guest in. Don’t forget to clear everyone who visits you through
security, this way the guard at the gate can let them into the
complex. All phone numbers including the security gate and local info
is in a drawer under the phone in the kitchen. Have a wonderful vacation!



 

     Rates 



The condo books Sat to Sat. The base nightly rate is $150. The base weekly rate after Easter to the week before Christmasis $695, except as noted below. The rent is $995 / week from after New Years to the week before Easter, $1250 for Easter, Mini Lobster season week (last Wed & Thru of July), Christmas, New years. The rent is $995 / week Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving week. The cleaning fee for the Condo is $75 plus a $200 refundable security deposit plus tax. No smoking no pets, first come first serve. Call about specials and last minute bookings.
