very busy at all. In the sleepy country town of Pine Hill, this
delightful ginger-bread house is filled with charm and modern

Across the road you’ll find the Community Center which is host to arts
and crafts fairs and a weekend farmer’s market.

Tired from hiking or skiing… relax in the hot tub on the back deck
then relax in front of the wood stove in the living room. Cook a big
family meal and enjoy eating around the big dining room table.

Walking distance from the Trailways bus stop, to the local convenience
store (which has nearly everything!), and swimming in Belleayre Lake!
