This quiet, clean and safe, fully furnished Condo is located within
the University area of Beijing Haidian region, away from the noise
and congestion of the central city.The location is about a five
minute drive to the Olympic Village for the Games. Our rental
package is unique in its emphasis on personal service to make your
trip a memorable one. We include in the rental the services of a
guide& a driver who are fully bilingual in Chinese-English, and are
on call daily to assist in making your trip comfortable,
educational, and enjoyable. During your stay, we are able to pick
you up at the Condo each day, drive you to destinations that are of
interest to you, according to your planned itinerary, and return you
to the Condo at the end of the day.We know every nook and corner of
Beijing! This combination of residence, amenities, and personalized
service are sure to provide the visitors to Beijing a relaxing stay
and memorable experience.

Amenities

It offers two bedrooms - one with king-bed, one with a double, a
living room area, modern bath, fully equipped kitchen with cooking
and eating utensils, and enclosed balcony. Amenities include work
area with desk, a computer with DSL internet connection, telephone,
a purified water dispenser, air conditioning/heat, flat screen TV,
and clothes washer. Clean linens and towels are provided upon your
arrival. Please understand that this is a private house, not a
hotel, so housekeeping during your stay is on your own. This is a
non-smoking unit.

Attractions

Beijing guide books and maps are available in the condo, and we will
be happy to help you plan your itinerary should you wish. Among the
areas we can take you to are: the Forbidden City, Tiananimen
Square,Great Wall, Olympic Park,the Temple of Heaven, the Summer
Palace, Lama Temple,Hutongs(old Beijing area),Mao's Mausoleum, Panda
Garden, Capital Museum,MingTombs, Confucius Temple,Ming's Hide-away
(a 500-year old village),Beijing Underground City and other special
areas in suburb, Beijing Opera, Acrobatics, Kungfu Show...and many
other sights and shopping places in Beijing that interest you. Your
guide can also take you to local food markets where you can purchase
food items for your in-house meals. The cost of any admission
charges and meals are not included. We will be pleased to either
accompany you during your activities, or drop you off at your
destination to proceed on your own, if that is your preference.

Rates

$1199 for a maximum of 3 people with 1 week stay.Include airport pick-up&seeoff,car and guide. $100 deposit required. $110 per day if only car and guide service provided.
