private swimming pool, river-view terraces, and rustic teak rancho
pavilion overlooking the river. The tropical gardens are a sanctuary
for colorful birds, butterflies, and iguanas, and the sound of the
waterfall provides background for one of the most tranquil settings
imaginable. This area is consistently rated the best climate in the
world, with average daytime temperatures of 75F-82F degrees and low
humidity. Situated inside a large private estate, this riverfront
villa offers total peace and tranquility, far from the annoying road
noise, loud music, and barking dogs that plague Costa Rica. The
owners and caretakers are on site 24/7 to provide any assistance you
require. The house and pool are on one level and are wheelchair
accessible.

Las Villas de Las Palmas is conveniently located just 20 minutes
from the San Jose (SJO) airport in the rolling hills of historic
Grecia, Alajuela, amid beautiful volcano and mountain vistas,
crystal skies, coffee and sugarcane fields, cascading rivers and
falls, and quaint but prosperous towns. Las Palmas is an ideal base
from which to explore Costa Rica's wonders on comfortable day trips
and return to your personal paradise each afternoon. Nearby
attractions include national reserves and parks, canopy tours,
biking, nature treks, white-water rafting, Poas and Arenal
volcanoes, famous Jaco beach, Tabacon hot springs spa, The World of
Snakes reptile zoo, Tortuga Island tours, Zoo Ave exotic bird park,

This modern 2 bedroom villa is furnished and decorated exclusively
with the hand craft of local artisans and has the most modern
conveniences, including fully equipped kitchen, laundry facility,
wifi wireless high-speed intenet service, satellite television, video
games, and music. Each bedroom has a full or queen bed and a
beautiful view of the lighted tropical gardens. Nicknamed ¨El
Toucan¨, this villa is a great observation point for viewing toucans,
parakeets, hummingbirds, and the numerous bird species (over 85!!!)
that are attracted to the river's tree canopy. On countless summer
nights, you are treated to a vivid display of lightning squalls out
over the Pacific while you relax under a clear, star-filled sky,
enjoying the glorious double sunset and watching for falling stars to
the music of the waterfall. Exterior accent lighting lets you stroll
about the garden paths in the evenings, enjoy the lighted waterfall,
maybe even catch a night-flowering cactus, or watch an iguana deposit
her eggs in the hillside sanctuary. Lots of glass lets you enjoy the
swimming pool, lighted waterfall, colorful birds, and tropical
gardens from any room. The owners and caretakers are on site 24/7 to

This unforgettable vacation villa with your own private pool is now available for the special rate of only $149 per night for up to 4 persons for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights. Car and driver service is available at very modest rates so you can enjoy Costa Rica without the hassle or expense of driving yourself. Airport transport service is available for $35 each way. Waiting in your kitchen is a complementary assortment of food and beverage treats and necessities to help assure your comfort. Most recreation activities and attractions are very modestly priced and we can help with arrangements. In seven years we have never had a theft or crime of any nature, but for your peace of mind you have a safety-deposit box in which to store unneeded passports or other items for safekeeping. Despite current international trends, the U.S. dollar remains very strong and much desired here, to your obvious benefit. Payment Because Costa Rica is not part of the U.S. banking networks and there exists possible complications from international credit card use, we only accept payment through Paypal at their website No checks or other forms of payment please. At the time of your reservation, a deposit of half of the rental price is due. If you need to cancel your reservation 4 weeks or more prior to your arrival it will be gladly refunded. The second half is due 2 weeks before your arrival. If you are then subsequently unable to visit, the rental fee is non- refundable since we would be unlikely to refill the vacancy on such short notice. The owners live on-site to assure your satisfaction.
