Our brand new 2007 apartment located on the first floor is built in
traditional Andalusian style and set amongst beautiful tropical
gardens with its own secure underground parking.

Our rear terrace overlooks the large communal pool which is accessed
from our luxury apartment via a lift or stairs. The main terrace
leading off the lounge area is ideal for alfresco dining whilst
enjoying the mountain and garden views.

Master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, side cabinets and
spacious fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has twinbeds, side
cabinet and fitted wardrobes

Both bathrooms with high spec fittings. The en-suite bathroom with
jacuzzi bath and overhead shower attachment, WC, bidet and hand basin.
2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, hand basin and WC.

The kitchen has plenty of storage space with large fridge/freezer.
Electric cooker with ceramic hob. All equipment and crockery etc that
you would need to cook a gourmet dinner should you tire of the many
bars, bistros and chiringitos!

It has a untily room with washing machine and laundry facilities.

Large (3.7m x 7.5m) lounge diner with hatch to kitchen comfortably
furnished in traditional Spanish style without compromising space, TV
and DVD. Opens onto large covered terrace with table and chairs
overlooking gardens and up to mountains.

All rooms are connected by spacious hallways leading from the central
entrance area where there is a cloak cupboard. The apartment benefits
from having access also to a rear terrace overlooking gardens and
pool, which is shared by only one other party.

Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly. We would
strongly request that guests provide their own towels for sun bathing
and/or swimming.

The apartment benefits from beautiful marble tile floor throughout
and has reversible air conditioning which allows for cool air in the
hot weather or warm in the winter months. Whilst no additional
furniture is at present provided for children there is plenty of
space for 4 adults with young children.

No pets permitted. Smoking restricted to the terrace, but no disposal
of stubs in the window boxes please

The car park space is situated under the apartment and is very close
to the stairs or lift which go straight up to the apartment. The
doorways are sufficiently wide for wheelchair access.

Large 21 square metre, terrace with patio table and chairs bordered
by plant troughs on the outside edge. There is a large communal
swimming pool directly behind the apartment viewed from the rear
terrace and 2nd bedroom. There is another pool on site and the whole
complex is complemented by well maintained by a plethora of
interesting tropical gardens.



All of the facilities of nearby Puerto de la Duquesa - including two
blue flag beaches, a marina, many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops
are 2.5km away, approximately a 25 minute walk, hiring a car is the
ideal way to explore the riches of the surrounding area e.g. along
the coast to Soto Grande, Estepona (Gibralter 25 minutes) and into
the hinterland to discover the delights of villages such as Casares,
the ancient town of Ronda in its spectacular setting.

The area boasts 50 plus golf courses including nearby Velderama
whilst Duquesa course fifth fairway is a mere 100m away



Duquesa is in the centre of some of Europe’s best golf courses
suitable for all levels of skill. La Duquesa Golf & Country Club
boasts an 18 hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., a
technical masterpiece with wonderful sea and mountain views, several
fairways of which run along the western border of Duquesa Village
site. In addition to golf, the club offers many facilities including
tennis, squash, and a fully equipped gym with a qualified resident

If you wish to venture further Alcaidesa, a Links course overlooking
the Rock of Gibraltar; Valderrama, host of the Ryder Cup and World
Championship only 10 min from Duquesa and the Parkland course of
SotoGrande, or La Canada, with its lush green turf or maybe San Roque
strikes a cord.

There are so many close by to choose from and over 40 within an

You are rewarded by the short trip to the beach. Manilva's 7.8km of
beaches run in a NE-SW direction and range from low cliffs and rocky
coves at Punta Chullera to the 6.9km of wide sandy beaches broken
only by the village of Castillo and the marina at Puerto de la
Duquesa and was awarded a blue flag. It's a popular bathing
spot and has three chiringuitos (beach bar/restaurants).

In the summer various water sports and activities are available on
the Sabinillas side of the marina.



The Following rates are shown in British Pounds for weekly rentals for the apartment sleeping 4 persons January £240 February £240 March £240 April £275 May £350 June £350 July £425 August £450 September £350 October £320 November £240 December £240 Christmas & New year £300 We will hold the reservation for72 hrs to allow you to book flights etc. A holding deposit of £150 will then be required to secure the booking, with the balance due within 6 weeks of departure. A security deposit of £150 is required with the final payment which will be refunded when our manager confirms no breakages or damage, normally within 2 weeks of departure from the apartment.
