# Our rates include taxes and cleaning before and after each stay, the
only fee not included is a 8% processing fee.
(rate +8% = final cost)
Rates are based on up to 2 people occupancy with no additional
sleeping arrangements. The rates are subject to change based on
availability. Please call our office for details.
# In the event you should decide to cancel the reservation, a 10%
cancellation fee will be withheld from the total of the booking if you
cancel 48 hours after booking. *
If the cancellation is made after a period of time longer than 48
hours after booking there will be no refund. You will be charged a 10%
cancellation fee and the remaining balance can be used for up to one
year after the date of the booking.**
No refund, and no credit will be given for no shows, or cancellations
made 48 hours before the check in time, or anytime thereafter.
*Exception last minute bookings, made 48 hours, or less before check
in, in which case there will be no refund, and no credit given.

By providing the credit card information for the booking, and/or
booking a unit with us, you automatically agree to our policies.
# In the unfortunate event that there is damage done to the unit or
the furnishings inside, or if the keys are not returned, the cost will
be charged on the credit card used for the booking and a 8% processing
fee will be added.
# We have a 3 nights minimum stay requirement for all of our corporate

Please note that no smoking, no pets and no loud parties are allowed.
