The Sussex House Beach Retreat House features 6 bedrooms with
individual AC/Heat controls and ceiling fans. Four have private
baths and 2 share a hallway bath. One room with a private bath and
one room that shares a bath hove private balconys. Two rooms with
private baths are located on the first floor. The house house also
has a living room, dining room, kitchen, porch and yard area with B-
B-Q.
