90Euros per night for one or two couples, 20 Euros extra person
Flat/ studio 55 m2,one bedroom with 2 singles beds, balcony/terrace,
salon with 2 sofas(one sofa bed).Fully equipped kitchen:fridge,
vitroceramic cooktop,oven, kettle, microwave, electro boiler, washing
machine. All in. Shower, Wc, sink, hairdryer, ventilators! To share
chill out places, swimming pool, terraces.5 minutes walking or by
bicycle to the beach.
We charge a 50E cleaning fee and require a 150E deposit that will be
returned at end of your stay (provided the flat has not suffered
damages beyond normal wear). 25% fee increase applies during the
holidays (Christmas, New Years, exhibitions etc) and throughout major
city exhibitions and events. (In case you are a firm and need
receipt, taxes will not be included).
Culture views: 15 km CADAQUES, NATURAL PARK, FIGUERES (museum
Salvador Dali & Toys museum) PERALADA (Casino and Golf), 12 km to
France to Perpignan.
