This Luxury Beach House on the Ocean, with its own private patio
facing the Pacific Ocean that has private stairs that lead you
directly to the Beach. The front court yard has a pool, patio,
outside dining room with built-in cooking area and gas BBQ.
The first floor has large kitchen, bar, beautiful dining and sitting
area. The second floor has two Master Bedrooms, with king size beds
and private baths. Both rooms have unbelievable views of the Ocean.
There is a third room that is a office and has the washer and dryer
in it. The third floor is a private Master Suite, it has a large
patio that over looks the Ocean, a TV room, Large Master Bath, wet
bar, king size bed that over look a wall of windows that face the
Pacific Ocean. You can wake up in the morning and look out at the
Ocean without getting out of bed.

Amenities

Every floor has local telephone service and Vontage telephone
service, that has a U.S. telephone number, which gives you unlimited
telehone service to to the U.S. Canada, U.K. Each floor also has
wireless Hi-Speed Internet.

Rates

Weekly rates: $2500.00 US Christmas and Carnival weeks will have a surcharge. Rates include,linens, light maid service. All rentals require 50%deposit, with full payment two week before occupancy. Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 is required. Pet deposit of $100.00 per pet.
