brings you to the rim of the Grand Canyon. Heading south the same
time gets you to Tucson, Kartchner Caverns and Mexico (passports now
required).

Downtown Phoenix and the airport are only a 20 to 25 minute drive.


Comfortable Home:
The gourmet kitchen features beautiful maple cabinets, solid slab
granite, custom tile and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances,
fully equipped with everything one needs to cook and entertain. This
includes a five burner gas cook top, walk-in pantry, side by side
refrigerator with refreshment center, coffee maker, toaster, blender,
complete dishware settings, and stainless pots and pans.

The dining area includes seating for six people.

A full-sized laundry room next to the kitchen, features a front load
washer and dryer, a large laundry tub and plenty of storage.

The 1900 square-foot unit features three climate control zones (two
in the bedroom areas upstairs and one downstairs). High-speed
internet service is included both through Wi-Fi and/or cable. A
printer, fax, scanner and copier is available. There are two Flat
Panel HD TVs. A 52” in the living room over the electric fireplace
and a 40” in the master bedroom over another electric fireplace. The
attached two car garage has direct access into the unit and ample
storage.

The living room includes a comfortable sofa, loveseat, chair and
ottoman. The 52” flat screen TV is above the electric fireplace. This
is a comfortable room to kickback and relax or entertain guests.

Upstairs the spacious Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, 40” flat
screen TV, another electric fireplace, sitting area, large master
bath with both a tub and shower, granite counter tops, custom tile,
separate toilet room and a very large walk-in closet with built in
shelves.

The two other Bedrooms on the second floor both have queen sized beds
and large closets with built in shelves. Both bedrooms have two end
tables, dressers and mirrors. The bathroom has custom tile and a
glass shower door.
You can enjoy outdoor living in the outdoor courtyard equipped with a
gas MHP grill, bar height dining table and comfortable outdoor
seating.

Activities:

There is a beautiful residence club a quick two block walk or a 3
minute car ride. The club offers two pools (one heated the other
not), a hot tub, full service gym with exercise classes, personal
training, sauna, spa services (reasonably priced), pool table,
foozball, etc. This is a wonderful facility. The cost to use this
facility is $50 during your stay plus any other fees for services.
This fee is a passthrough cost for the temporary membership for the
club.
The surrounding mountains offer hiking and incredible views of the
valley below.
