living room including dining table to seat six, widescreen tv,
stereo, DVD and UK satellite channels with two large sofas one of
which becomes a comfy sofa bed, infact more comfy than many beds.
Front and Rear Terraces: There is a large patio to the front which
is half covered giving some welcome shade and half open to the
beautiful Spanish sun this patio leads down to the gardens and
swimming pool. There is also a huge private court yard at the rear
of the apartment. Both terraces are private
Parking There is cool underground parking for your car (card swipe
access) and this has lift access to your ground floor apartment
Security This beautiful small development is fully gated/ fenced in
and guests must buzz in using the video phone/intercom system, a
comforting secure feature for parents that have young children.

luxury apartment which has Panoramic views over mountains and
beautiful gardens surrounding it. It is one out of fifty four on a
small development set adjacent to a complex boasting clubhouse, gym,
sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, tennis courts, pools, a 9 hole (par 3)
golf course and putting green. It is situated in a very quiet area
in the hills above Elviria, yet the centre of Marbella is only 10
minutes by car as are the sandy beaches, restaurants and shops



One of the jewels of the Costa del Sol is the beautiful little
village of Mijas, which nestles comfortably in the mountainside at
428 meters above sea level
When you wander through the narrow cobbled streets of this
Andalucian village, you can understand what has attracted foreigners
to settle here over the years. Many artists and writers have made it
their home, enjoying the benefits of an excellent all year round
climate, without being part of the busier, more commercial coastal
towns just 7 kilometres down the mountain side. Despite its huge
popularity with tourists, Mijas Pueblo has somehow managed to retain
much of its traditional Andalucian way of life, the locals
displaying their unabashed passion for all things festive and an
unmistakable relaxed 'mañana' outlook on anything that can be put
off for another day
The craft shops have some wonderful hand made pottery and often
affordable paintings and prints by acclaimed local artists, such as
Don Clarke and Michele Lehmann. A holiday memento could turn out to

Orange Square (In Marbella)
Exploring the back streets of Old Marbella will reveal stately
buildings that date back to the 16th century or beyond, One of the
prettiest places is the fabled 'Orange Square' which is located just
off the main street in the older district and is also home to the
16th century town hall along with small traditional shops, cafes and
galleries, bars and bistros and is a hub of activity day and night.
Throughout the old town, small plazas lined with local bars and
orange trees add to the traditional feel and are a great place to
take a break and soak up the atmosphere before heading back to
modern day life. Well worth a visit

Puerto Banus
Marbella's own playground for the rich and famous, with it’s modern
day marina packed with large yachts and motorboats, while back in
the town centre you can find world-class shopping and entertainment
together with all the attractions that a top holiday resort could
possibly provide. - Well worth a visit
