What a great way to enjoy all of the wonders of Lake Vermilion ! The ultimate choice for your
vacation, Eagle's Nest Cabin offers the perfect combination of privacy, nature and lakeside living,
with all the modern conveniences of your own home.

Originally built in October 2003 the cabin burned completely down in February leaving only the
well and dock. It was rebuilt in 2016 and is situated on the east end of Black Bay on Lake
Vermilion, Minnesota., and is surrounded by state forest or undeveloped property. It sits 50 feet
above the lake level, offering spectacular views of the lake and the surrounding forest.

This road-accessible site sits on 3.1 acres of land and features 285 feet of private shoreline for
your enjoyment. It includes a private boat dock, allowing you to bring your own boat to the cabin.

Enjoy the simplicity of nature in all its beauty from this
comfortable lodge. This cabin was designed to be spacious, taking
advantage of views from all sides, while having all of the luxuries

of the deck.

The far side of the house features a 12 foot wide screen porch. With
a notty pine ceiling and resessed lights it is a great place to
socialize on a warm night. The deck houses a 774 sq inch Kenmore gas

The there is a covering over the top of the first two dock sections.
However, the ends and the last section of dock remain open for easy
boat launching and fishing.

A sport court is available and shared between two cabins onsite. The
court is configured for multiple uses. The court is a full size 60’ x
120’ tennis court. It has two NBA 72” regulation glass basketball
goals for a full size basketball court. Across one side of the court
are two built in 12’ soccer goals. Also provided for use are hockey

property, providing excellent views and is still only 100 feet from

property, all the way down to the lake, where the private boat dock
is located.

Almost all of the south side of the bay (139 acres) is state of
Minnesota forest land. These lands are undeveloped but host some
nice hiking trails. The north side of the bay is privately owned and
is undeveloped. There are a total of only five more homes on the
entire upper part of the bay, with your nearest neighbor being 1
