Located on the remote island of Middle Caicos having a population of
around 250 people. Private 5 mile beach offering great swimming,
snorkeling and fishing. Villa is totally self contained with full
kitchen, CD/Video collection, TV, radio,VCR/MP3 player. Two verandahs,
one screened. Local waters are all inside a reef and the beach is ideal
for children.

Rates

Summer rates April to October $135.00 USD per night. Winter rates $150.00 USD per night. Minimum 3 night stay. 20% reduction for stays of 4 week or more.
