Rates

In order to book the apartment, at the time of reservation, a sum equal to 30% of the final total payment must be sent through bank transfer or postal order within 48 hours. When this payment arrives you will receive via email the confirmation of reservation and check-in procedures. Final settlement is due in cash upon arrival at the flat + 200 euros are required for security deposit that will be returned the day of departure (any damages or excessive cleaning costs will be taken out of this amount). Please remember that the booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. For 2 people: 70-80 euros per night 3 people: 100-120 euros per night 4 people: 130-150 euros per night Price includes: linen, towels, kitchen use, pots and pans and final cleaning.
