Francis, a clear, 539 acre sandy bottom lake.
The lake is ideal for swimming, boating, water
sports, fishing or just relaxing on the dock.
The house is nestled under a canopy of oak
trees on a dirt road, just a few houses in from
the paved road that circles the lake. The
interior is immaculate with new paint, flooring
furnishings and two new bathrooms. It has a cozy
screened porch with a breathtaking view of
the lake.

Attractions

Although you'll feel like your days away from the hustle and bustle
the house is 5 minutes from the supermarket and 15
minutes from Sebring where you’ll find a mall and plenty
of restaurants if you so desire. Orlando/Disney is just over an
hour north. Downtown Lake Placid, known as the ‘town of
murals’ has a quaint feeling to it with many shops,
antique stores and beautiful historic murals painted on
almost every building. There are 27 fresh water lakes
tucked within the rolling hills of Lake Placid. From the
serenity of tiny Lake Hill to Lake Istokpoga a 27000 acre
premier fishing and wildlife lake. There is also a golf course in
the town of Lkae Placid.

Rates

$850 per week $2200 per month Security deposit of $500 required and will be returned upon satisfactory check out. This home is immaculate, exquisitely furnished and simply charming . If you are comparing once you see it you will rent it. Sorry. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.
