Rates

PAYMENTS: water, gas, light, taxes,Bed linen,Bath linen are included in the prices. THE FINAL MAK-UP is not inclusive in this price and the cost is 30,00 euros for a week MONEY CAUTION: 500,00 euro when tourists receive their keys, they have to give the owner a money caution, arranged in advance . The caution will be given them back at the end of their holidays, except when it is diminished according to possible damages or to additional costs not included in what they paid. PAYMENTS: when tourists receive their written confirmation, they must deposit 30% of the total price with bank order .
